Please note that personalised, engraved, or custom-made products (including urns or caskets made to order) cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, unless they are faulty or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and a description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no extra cost to you.
